Forms Permissions

Access to the Forms feature is controlled by permissions. This guide explains what’s needed to view, create, and manage forms.

Required Permissions

  • Forms Management — required to access the Forms section at all. Without this, the Forms menu item will not appear.

  • Forms CRUD — required to create, edit, duplicate, and archive forms. Users with only the base Forms Management permission can view forms and submissions, but cannot make changes.

How to Check Your Permissions

  • If the Forms menu item is missing, ask your administrator to enable the Forms Management permission for your role.

  • If you can view forms but the Create New, Edit, or Duplicate buttons are unavailable, you need the Forms CRUD permission.

Who Can Grant Permissions?

  • Only Company Admins or Account Owners can assign permissions.

  • Permissions are managed in Settings > Permissions.
