Forms Permissions
Access to the Forms feature is controlled by permissions. This guide explains what’s needed to view, create, and manage forms.
Required Permissions

Forms Management — required to access the Forms section at all. Without this, the Forms menu item will not appear.

Forms CRUD — required to create, edit, duplicate, and archive forms. Users with only the base Forms Management permission can view forms and submissions, but cannot make changes.
How to Check Your Permissions

If the Forms menu item is missing, ask your administrator to enable the Forms Management permission for your role.

If you can view forms but the Create New, Edit, or Duplicate buttons are unavailable, you need the Forms CRUD permission.
Who Can Grant Permissions?

Only Company Admins or Account Owners can assign permissions.
