How to Access Your Billing Account

The Accounts section gives you quick access to your Timecloud billing portal, where you can manage subscriptions, payment methods, and invoices.

Getting There

  1. Click Settings (cog icon) in the left sidebar.

  2. Select Accounts from the settings menu.


Opening the Billing Portal

  1. Click the Open Billing Portal button.

  2. A new tab opens with your billing dashboard.


What You Can Do in the Billing Portal

  • View your subscription plan — see which Timecloud plan you're on and what's included.

  • Update payment methods — add or change your credit card or billing details.

  • View invoices — download past invoices for your records.

  • Manage your subscription — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.


Tips

  • Only account owners and billing admins can access the billing portal.

  • Keep your payment method up to date to avoid service interruptions.

  • Download invoices at the end of each billing cycle for your accounting records.
