How to Archive and Restore Employees
When an employee leaves your organisation, you can archive their record to preserve historical data while removing them from the active list.
How to Archive an Employee

Open the Employees page and select the employee you want to archive.

Click the Archive button in the profile header.

The employee will be moved to the Archived list.

How to Restore an Archived Employee

Toggle to Archived using the switch at the bottom of the employee list.

Select the archived employee.

Click Unarchive in the profile header.

The employee returns to the Active list.

Good to Know
-
Archiving preserves all the employee’s data — timesheets, attendance records, and documents remain intact.

Company Admin accounts cannot be archived.
-
You can always unarchive an employee if they return to your organisation.
