How to Autofill the Roster
Autofill saves hours of manual scheduling by building your roster automatically from pre-defined shift patterns or by repeating a previous period. Perfect for teams with consistent weekly schedules.
Steps

In Employee View, click the Autofill button in the toolbar.

A dialogue opens with two tabs:

Apply Shift Patterns — Uses predefined shift pattern templates to fill the roster.

Copy to Next Period — Copies the current period's roster to the next date range.

Optionally expand Advanced Options:

Skip published shifts — Preserves any already-published shifts.

Add new employees — Includes recently added employees.

Reset all — Clears the roster before filling.

Click Build My Roster.
