How to Bulk Upload Shifts

Need to create many shifts at once? Use the bulk upload feature to import them from a CSV file.

Steps

  1. Go to the Shifts page.

  2. Click the Bulk Upload Shifts button (upload icon) at the top of the Shifts section.

  3. Click Download Template to get the CSV template.

  4. Open the template and fill in your shift details:

    • Shift name

    • Start / Finish times

    • Break rules

    • Colour

    • Other settings

  5. Save the file and upload it (max 5 MB, 500 rows).

  6. Review the imported data on the preview screen.

  7. Click Confirm to create all shifts.

Tips

  • Always start from the provided template to ensure the correct format.

  • Double-check shift names for duplicates before uploading.

  • The preview screen lets you catch errors before anything is saved.
