How to Manage Account and Settings on Mobile

The Account and Settings section of the Timecloud mobile app lets you view your profile, configure kiosk mode, and manage your session.

Viewing Your Profile

  • Tap the profile icon or go to Settings from the app menu.

  • Your profile shows:

    • Your name and email

    • Your company name

    • Your payroll code

    • Your assigned groups and roles


Manager View

  • If you have manager access, toggle Manager View to switch between employee and manager modes.

  • Manager mode gives you access to the punch board, team attendance, and leave approvals.


Kiosk Mode Settings

  • Tap Kiosk Mode in your settings to enable or disable kiosk mode.

  • Configure the timeout duration (how long the screen waits before returning to the PIN entry).

Logging Out

  • Tap Log Out at the bottom of the settings screen.

  • You will be returned to the login page.

  • You will need to enter your credentials again to access the app.


App Version Information

  • Scroll to the bottom of the settings screen to see the current app version.

  • This is useful when reporting issues to your admin or support team.

  • Make sure your app is always updated to the latest version for the best experience.
