# How to Manage Account and Settings on Mobile

## The Account and Settings section of the Timecloud mobile app lets you view your profile, configure kiosk mode, and manage your session.

#### Viewing Your Profile

- Tap the **profile icon** or go to **Settings** from the app menu.
- Your profile shows:
  
    - Your **name** and **email**
    - Your **company** name
    - Your **payroll code**
    - Your assigned **groups** and **roles**

- If you have manager access, toggle **Manager View** to switch between employee and manager modes.
- Manager mode gives you access to the punch board, team attendance, and leave approvals.

- Tap **Kiosk Mode** in your settings to enable or disable kiosk mode.
- Configure the **timeout duration** (how long the screen waits before returning to the PIN entry).

- Tap **Log Out** at the bottom of the settings screen.
- You will be returned to the login page.
- You will need to enter your credentials again to access the app.

- Scroll to the bottom of the settings screen to see the **current app version**.
- This is useful when reporting issues to your admin or support team.
- Make sure your app is always updated to the latest version for the best experience.
