How to Manage Your Billing and Subscription

The Accounts section under Settings is where you manage your Timecloud subscription and view invoices.

How to Access Billing

  1. Navigate to Settings from the left sidebar.

  2. Click Accounts.

  3. Click the Open Billing Portal button.

A secure billing portal will open where you can:

  • View and download past invoices.

  • Update payment methods (credit card, bank details).

  • Manage your subscription plan (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel).


Who Can Access Billing?

Only admins with access to Settings > Accounts can open the billing portal. If you cannot see the Accounts option, contact your company admin to update your permissions under Feature Access.
