How to Use Kiosk Mode
Kiosk mode turns a shared device into a team clock-in station. Multiple employees can clock in and out using the same device with their own PIN.
What is Kiosk Mode?

Kiosk mode is designed for workplaces where employees share a single device (e.g. a tablet at a reception desk or warehouse entrance).

Each employee uses their 4-digit PIN to identify themselves and clock in or out.

After each clock-in, the screen automatically returns to the PIN entry so the next person can use it.
Entering Kiosk Mode

Open the app and go to your Profile settings.

Tap Kiosk Mode.

Toggle the switch to On.

The app switches to the kiosk interface, showing a PIN entry pad.

Each employee enters their 4-digit PIN on the keypad.

After entering the PIN, the employee can:

Tap Clock In to start their shift

Tap Clock Out to end their shift

Tap Start Break or End Break if applicable

Kiosk Timeout Settings

After a clock-in or clock-out action, the kiosk screen automatically returns to the PIN entry.

The timeout duration can be configured (typically between 5 and 30 seconds).

This ensures the device is ready for the next employee.
Exiting Kiosk Mode

To exit kiosk mode, the admin or manager enters their admin PIN or password.

This returns the app to normal mode.
Note: Only users with the correct credentials can exit kiosk mode, preventing employees from accidentally leaving the kiosk screen.
