# How to Use Timesheet Comments and Flags

## Comments and flags help you communicate and track issues across your team's timesheets.

#### **Timesheet Manager Comments**

- Click the **comment** icon on a day row to open a threaded conversation for that date.
- Add notes about exceptions, clarifications, or manager feedback on specific days.
- Comments are visible to anyone with access to that employee's timesheet.

#### **Flags**

- Click the **Flags** button (flag icon with a badge count) in the toolbar to view all flagged entries for the current date range.
- Flags highlight entries that may need attention — such as:

- Missing clock-outs
- Lateness
- Unusual patterns

- Use the flags view to quickly identify and resolve issues across your team.
