How to Verify Your Email

New users may need to verify their email address before accessing Timecloud. This is a one-time step to confirm your identity.

Steps to Verify

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email from Timecloud.

  2. Click the verification link in the email.

  3. You will see a confirmation page letting you know the verification was successful.

  4. Click the button to continue:

    • Admins will be directed to the Dashboard.

    • Employees will be directed to the Attendance page.


Didn’t Receive the Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Make sure the email address on your account is correct — ask your manager to verify it in your employee profile.

  • Contact your company admin if you continue to have issues.
