How to View Your Roster on Mobile
The Roster tab in the Timecloud mobile app shows your upcoming shifts so you always know when and where you are working.
Viewing Your Roster

- Your upcoming shifts appear in a list view, sorted by date.

Each shift is displayed as a tile showing:

- Location — the workplace or site for the shift
- Role — the position you are filling
- Job items — any assigned cost codes or projects
- Team members — other employees on the same shift (if enabled by your company)
- Comments — notes from your manager about the shift

- This is useful when working at different sites or client locations.

If your company uses shift invitations:
- You will receive a notification when a new shift is offered to you.
- Open the shift and tap Accept or Decline.
- Accepted shifts appear on your roster. Declined shifts are removed.

- Approved leave requests appear on your roster as a separate entry.
- Leave days are clearly marked so you can see your full schedule at a glance.
Blockout Dates on Roster

- Blockout dates tell your manager when you are not available to work.
