Mobile App - Manager View

The Timecloud Manager App enables supervisors to manage their teams timesheets and leave applications from the convenience of their mobile phone

How To Access Manager View

  1. After logging into the Mobile App with your email and password, a "Manager View" toggle will appear on the Profile page, enabled by default.
  2. Navigating to the "Punch Board" page within the app provides the following insights:
    1. Employee Punching Status: A green dot next to an employee's name signifies they are currently clocked in, while a red dot indicates they are not working.
    2. Current Job Information: If the Job Tracking feature is in use, the employee's current job details will be displayed directly beneath their name.
    3. Clock-in Location: Tapping on the name of an employee who is currently clocked in will display a map, marking their clock-in location.

How Does a Manager Clock in/out Employees

  1. Select one or more employees by checking the multi-selection box to the right of their names.
  2. Click the "Choose Jobs" dropdown. If your Timecloud account uses Job Tracking or Punch Comment features, a list of Job Items and/or a Comment field will appear.
  3. Select the appropriate job items and/or enter any comments.
  4. Click the "IN" button to clock the selected employees into the chosen job.
  5. Follow the same process to clock employees out.
