The mobile app offers multiple configurations of the comment fields to suit your needs.
By default the app will have two comment fields and you can change based on your requirement. Follow the below mentioned steps to activate the toggle:
1. Navigate to the settings page and click on App.
2. You can use the toggle to add secondary comment field in the mobile app
3. A toggle for mandatory comments have also been added in this update.
4. Click on Save Changes.
