How to add, edit or delete a Roster Shift

How to add in a created shift to an employees Roster and use quick select.

How to edit, delete, or add a shift

  1. Select the empty shift slot for the relevant employee
  2. Select the relevant shift
    Optional: add a comment and select the cost centre/jobsite
  3. Save changes

To delete or edit the shift

  1. Click on the relevant shift
  2. Click the delete 'Bin' icon at the top of the menu
  3. Save changes

To add in a shift with Quick Select

  1. Enable quick select to view created shifts
    (Make sure these have been created beforehand in Shifts to display on the roster page)
  2. On the roster page, find the correct date and employee 
  3. Select the relevant shift by clicking on it from the quick-select menu, then click to add it in for any slots you need
  4. Remember to save the changes.
