How to Add, Edit or Delete a Roster Shift by Shift View

The new Shift view allows for an alternative style of rostering better suited to shift coverage and viewing employee numbers for given days

To add employees

  1. Change the view to Shifts in the top left
  2. Filters allow only relevant shifts to be shown
  3. Employees can be both added and invited to the shift by clicking the box of the desired shift
  4. The wanted employees can be added from the dropdown boxes or by typing their name in the required section
  5. Remember to save unpublished changes

 

To edit or delete employees

  1. Select the relevant shift
  2. Remove their names from the menu using the ‘x’ icon next to their name
