Please see the below steps to increase Kiosk timeout.
1. Please make sure your app is up-to-date on the device.
2. Open Timecloud app and log in as an admin.
3. Log in using your username and password and not the pin.
4. Navigate to the profile page.
5. Under settings, enable (turn on) Increase Kiosk Timeout. Please
see screenshot below for reference.
The default timeout seconds is 15 seconds, and when the increase kiosk
timeout option is turned on, it increases to 60 seconds.
