Where To Locate An Employee Number

To successfully enrol new users on your Timecloud Biometric Device, you'll need their Employee Number. This article guides you on how to find it.

Option 1: Realtime Overview

  1. Navigate to your Timecloud Realtime Overview.
  2. Search for the employee for whom you require the ID.
  3. Click the blue information icon (ⓘ) next to their name.Image 15-04-2026 at 4.50 PM
  4. The Employee Number will be shown in the pop-up window.
    1. Note that Employee Numbers are system-generated and cannot be changed.

Option 2: Employee Full Details Report

  1. Navigate to the Timecloud Reports Library
  2. Locate the Standard Reports
  3. Select Employee Full Details to generate a .csv file of your employees' details.
