How to bulk import multiple Job Items with Bulk Upload functionality, or add Job Item individually.
How to Bulk Import Multiple Job Items
To bulk import multiple Job Items, follow these steps. Repeat the process to add more Job Items as needed.
- Click on "Settings" located at the bottom left of the page.
- Click on "Bulk Upload" located at the bottom of settings menu.
- Download the relevant Upload Template to which Job Layer you want to import.
- Complete the Upload Template by entering the relevant information for each Job Item. It is recommended to fill in the following key columns:
Name: The name of the Job Item.
Custom Code 1: Optional code to help identifying or tracking Job Items.
CroupPermission: An option field to input the name of the department that will have access to this job item.
Address: Location information of the Job Item.
Note: Currently, Timecloud allows you to assign one primary Department Permission (shown as GroupPermission column in template) to each job item through bulk import. If multiple Departments permissions are desired for one Job Item, they can be edited after bulk importing. - Save the template, and go back to "Settings -> Bulk Upload".
- Click on "Bulk <Layer Name> Upload", and drag the template to the popup window.
- Choose the desired Upload Option, either Add new records or Replace existing records.
- Click on "Upload" to finish the bulk import Job Items process.
How to Add Job Item Individually
To add Job Item individually, follow these steps. Repeat the process to add more Job Items as needed.
- Go to "Job Tracking" page from the menu on the left.
- Click on "+ Add <Layer Name>" located on the right of each Layer Name.
- Fill in the Job Item information. Job Linking functionality introduction can be found here.
- Click on "Save" to finish the add Job Item process.
