Xero connectivity issue

Common tips when connecting with Xero

 

When having trouble connecting to Xero with Timecloud, try clearing your cookies by clicking the lock icon next to the refresh page on the top corner. Alternatively, you can try disconnecting from your Xero account under Connected Apps (in settings).
  • Click on the lock icon on the top left corner of your browser tab.
  • Click on cookies and site data

Click on manage cookies and site data.

Click on the bin icon and clear the cookies from all the sites and click on Done.

  • Please ensure the following employee details are matching with Timecloud and Xero: First Name, Last Name, and Email Address
