How To Copy a Shift
1. Navigate to your Roster from the main menu.
2. Change to the Shifts View by clicking the drop down menu.
3. Click any blank square to create a "template" shift with assigned employees, job items, and comments. You'll copy this shift in the next step. Remember to save your shift.
4. Find the shift you want to copy on the roster. Hover your cursor over the shift, and a check box will appear in the upper right corner. Click this check box, then click the 'Copy' icon to duplicate the shift.
5. Select the dates you wish to apply this shift to. Once you have made your selections, review them to ensure they are correct. After confirming your dates, click the 'Save' button to finalise your changes. This will apply the copied shift to the specified dates in your roster.
6. Click on the 'Publish' button to apply the updates to your employees' rosters, ensuring they have the latest shift information.
How To Delete a Shift
1. Navigate to your Roster from the main menu.
2. Change to the Shifts View by clicking the drop down menu.
3. Find the shifts you want to remove from your roster. Hover your cursor over each shift to display a check box in the upper right corner. Click the check box for the shifts you wish to delete, and then click the bin icon to remove them.
