Configure Your Payroll System

A comprehensive guide on updating your payroll report. Please note that fully integrated payroll systems may follow a different procedure for submitting timesheets.

  1. Click on the "Settings" option to enter the settings menu.
  2. Once you are in the settings menu, locate and click on "Payroll" from the list of available options. This action will direct you to the payroll configuration page.
  3. Select your payroll provider from the list of options displayed.
  4. After making the necessary changes to the selected payroll option, remember to click on the "Save Changes" button to ensure that your modifications are applied.

  • For users of Xero, iPayroll, and MicrOpay, you can conveniently access the Payroll Key page directly from the main menu. To explore how to integrate Timecloud with your Payroll account, please click here.
  • For users of all other payroll systems, your payroll report is now available in the Reports Library. The report is formatted to meet the requirements of your payroll provider, allowing you to easily export it from Timecloud and import it directly into your payroll system.
