Our new roster improvements allow users to roster employees or shifts to multiple job layers.
How to roster employees or shifts to multiple job layers
- Start by selecting the view where you want to add multiple jobs
- Select Employees if you're assigning multiple jobs to a specific person
- Select Shifts if you're assigning multiple jobs to a particular shift
- Click on the specific employee or shift you want to assign the jobs to
- A window will appear on the right side of your screen showing all the active job layers in your account. Choose the jobs you need and then save your changes
