How to configure and use the Timecloud Mobile App within the Web App.
Note: Several features are included within the Job Tracking and the Roster modules exclusively. For more information on how these can benefit your business, please reach out to the team.Download the Timecloud App from the App Store
- The Timecloud app can be found here:
The app will be named ‘Timecloud’ and the icon should look like this:

- Disable App clock ins, timesheets or enable photo capture mode.
- Under Employee Profile, Navigate to Time and Attendance
- Find the Mobile App Section on the right hand card.
- Select the relevant toggle and save changes.
- Prompts and forced location for clock ins
- Navigate to the settings page and click 'Producivity Prompts'
- Turn on the relevant notifications, customise the threshold and message.
- enable Mobile App under notification medium
- enable 'Mobile Location Tracking Prompt' if you want location to be mandatory for employees on clock in. Save changes.
- Leave Visibility
- Navigate to the settings page and click 'Payroll'
- Under 'Leave and Exceptions' create or edit a leave type
- the toggle 'Show in leave applications' controls if the leave is visible in the mobile app.
All Published Rosters will be available in the Mobile App if the Roster view is enabled. Contact us to enable.
All Job Items will be visible on the mobile app once created.
